Due to their innovative mode of operation, traffic-lines ultra-high-pressure water blasting systems can be used for many different applications. Thanks to their modular design, they can be adapted to specific requirements. Even individual retrofitting is possible at any time, so that traffic-lines ultra-high-pressure water blasting systems always remain at the cutting edge of development. With the patented traffic-lines annular gap suction, a much more effective cleaning performance is achieved, less wear on nozzles and spray bars as well as a high rubber removal and cleaning performance.traffic-lines duo twister®
The principle of the traffic-lines duo twister® is based on two suction hoods with the annular gap suction system mounted on a rotating carrier. A working width of up to 4.20 m is achieved by the rotational movement of the two hoods. In order to be able to compensate for unevenness in the surface, the traffic-lines duo twister® features electric height adjustment. Damage to markings, landing lights and their numbering is thus avoided.
