Nerak utilizes a rubber block chain with internal, restressed steel cables as the load carrying member.
This combination guaranties high strength with very quiet and grease-free operation of all Nerak vertical lifts and conveyors. Space saving and virtually maintenance free operation reduces the total costs of ownership to a minimum.

Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC) for vertical transport of loose baggage or trays in standard and oversize. High capacity of up to 1.500/h on a very small footprint of only 3,5x2 m for standard baggage and up to 40 m height. CVC save a lot of valuable space versus any other technology for vertical baggage transport.
Discontinuous vertical transport (reciprocating lifts) are typically used for low capacity requirements, f.e. for oversize baggage.
